After getting 30 connects from RISING TALENT, Can I get total more than 140?

Hey, I have received "Rising Talent" badge today and YAYY I'm too much exited and happy today 🙂
My question is I have 132 connects in my account and "RISING TALENT" badge says I will get extra 30 connects but maximum limit is 140, So my question is will I only get 8 connects or I will reach to 132+30=162 connects ?

Congratulations on receiving Rising Talent badge, Awais!

While you'll receive 30 bonus Connects you still can roll over only 140 Connects in the subsequent billing cycle.
