After reactivated upwork account I'm not getting any invitations anymore.

My account was suspended for some reason. And finally, upwork reactivated my account. After reactive I'm continuing work and now I'm top rated and my job success is 10%. But, I didn't get any invitation.

Any suggestions?

You need to submit proposals. You also need to make sure the profile is up to date.

Why would anyone invite a freelancer with a job success score of 10%?
