Hey guys.

Is it correct way to get freelancers into the team:

posting job as a client and while interviewing ask them for email and send invite by this email?

 Absolutely not

That is posting a fraudulent job posting and hopefully gets you thrown off the platform if found.

The platform is NOT the place to find freelancers for your agency

Be very very careful - farmers often prefer to consider themselves agencies.  Farmer is a dirty word -

Where should agencies find freelancers who will work for them if not here? So they will try to find ways to hire freelancers for their agencies. I suppose many of the ill-paid job offers come from agencies, also some of the job offers with a lot of interviews and no hires. Others mention in the community that they are looking for agency staff.

Aha, Petra!  Seems that 'agency' in Upwork-speak is 'farmer' in a freelancer's language.

Serious question - what happens to legit agencies or do they simply not exist as entities on Upwork?
