Agency Associate Hourly Rate And Payment

Hi Im an Agency Associate. I have just seen that my hourly rate is twice as high, as I really get paid. In my work history, it also says that my hourly rate is twice as high as I get at the end of the week. Can anyone explain how the agency payment works? Do they just pay me half of it because it is an agency? Please help

You need to speak with the agency and verify the terms of your contract. What percentage did the agency say they would take from your pay?
