Agency Badge on Profile

How Can I associate myself with  Agency.?  I see most of the freelancers have Agency linked badge on their profiles. 
If I want to get more work on upwork , then is there any option to find some agency?

Hi Umar,

In order to become a part of an Agency the Agency owner will need to invite you.  Freelancers don`t have an option to send a request to join an Agency. If you have any additional questions feel free to post them here. Thank you.
