I've already read the article but don't understand, I'm currently 20 days ahead of my bill cycle, it slacks 10 days for me to refresh the connect, so to understand the term prorate I need to know if I upgrade now it owns me 40 connects for 20 days, or 20 connects for 10 days?
Also what happens if after I add the members I downgraded the plan, nothing happens, I mean its members will follow active?
The first question was solved, the second one: do my agency can actually function with a Common Plan, I upgrade only to add my members to it. There after can I work with Common Plan? Please help.
Since you're allowed to add team members and work as a team only with the Agency Plus membership, downgrading your membership will result in removing your team and information related to contracts they completed.
I just Added to my Billing method and get Agency Plus Plan connects for my Agency. But I did'nt refreshed my connects, When I can submit proposals from my agency account? I have Paid $20 for agency plus, But Connects not refreshed its showing 0 Connect, When it will be shown my connects as i buy for $20?
