Agency free account or premium?

I have created an agency but i never upgraded it to plus account. My question is do i have to pay 20$/month for the free account or it is free of cost until i upgrade it to plus membership?

Considering that you are the only person in your agency you should not be offering "a team" (if you have "a team" they all have to be added to the agency and then you have to buy the Plus Plan.)

So essentially your agency is either pointless as it can not function as an agency, or you have to add your team and buy the Plus Plan.

By the way, how do Google feel about you ripping off their logo and offering services designed to violate their terms of service?
