Agency members doing own proposals

Hi,

I upgraded my account to Agency, I have agency members already and they are sending proposals through their accounts even if they are Agency members exclusive. My question is if I am handle the agency and how can I manage their proposals sent by their own accounts? Also, wants of the members would like to be independent of the agency, not work anymore but I tried to remove it but dont let me even if dont have any contract, what should I do?

Hi Tiffany,

Agency members (including the agency owner and admin) can either be exclusive or non-exclusive. Exclusive agency member can only work on contracts under the agency while the non-exclusive member has a choice of applying for jobs either under the agency or not.

An admin can change the status of the agency member in the Settings> Members & Permissions.
