Agency new member

Hi, I added a new member to my agency. Her account was not approved yet but I have her already on my team. Now my concern is, my client wants to hire her through my agency. Can a client send a contract to her even if her account was not approved yet? Her profile already appears as a member of my agency.

No. Until / unless she is approved, she can not work on the platform.

Is her profile "not approved yet" as in "no answer" or was it rejected?

If it was rejected, there is no point keeping her profile on the agency.
