Agency profile got suspended with the Owner profile

Hi there,

Around 2 months ago my agency's Owner profile got suspended and with that, the Agency profile also got suspended.

Now I'm unable to submit the proposal as an agency member. 

Can anyone please guide or help me with the ownership transfer or unsuspend the agency profile?

Please know that we're unable to discuss any details of another user's account with you because of privacy reasons. We would advise you to communicate directly with the account owner about the situation. I checked and it looks like you're a Non-Exclusive member of the Agency. Please keep in mind this means you can still submit proposals from your independent freelancer account or a different Agency you create or join.
