Agency requirements , please suggest

I am thinking of creating an Agency account. But before that i wanted to inquire few thing regarding an Agency account?

1. What documents are required to validate an Agency?

2.  Which company Type is required to add as an agency? for example (Pvt Ltd, LLP, proprietorship company, partnership company)

3. Can i  invite a person (Don't have an account with Upwork) for my agency?

4. Do all the members invited through agency will have to Apply for the upwork profile , do they also have to apply for upwork profile approval process to get job like all Freelancers did.

Please help me with my queries.

Thanks for reaching out to us. No, there are no documents that are required to validate an Agency. Also, there is no company type that is required for you to have an agency. The Freelancers you are trying to invite must sign up first so that they have an Upwork registered email address which you can use to send them invites.
