Agency vs freelancer

If I am part of an agency but am non exclusive and I apply for a job (not for the agency) as a freelancer, will that show up in as me being part of an agency or it willshow my regular profile? I'm asking in terms of people that dont like hiring agencies?

 Yes. It will show and if the client set "Independent Freelancers" as a preference, it will show in the list of the applicatios that you do not meet that preference.
