Hello Freelancers,

 

i would like to inform you all regarding a client
**edited for Community Guidelines**, who regular post spam job regarding.

Indications to detect:
1. client will ask you in the job to find 3-5 bugs 
2. solutions to above bugs
3. Popular website the client is targeting these days is 
**edited for Community Guidelines**

4. Everytime, client ask to find bugs on different pages.
5. Register new accounts most of the times.

Here is an example

My above concern is based upon around 3 weeks study of this client. So, i can't give you assurance, handle with your own perception.

Aashish, you have described a fraudulent "client" who is posting jobs by putting not really paying money to contractors.

In this case, the client is only half of the problem. The other half of the problem is the contractors who agree to do the client's unpaid "test."

Doing free work won't help you, and it drags down the platform for all of us.

If a client is serious, they will pay real money to contractors to do tests.

DO NOT provide free work, tests, or samples other than what you provide in your portfolio (or samples which are NOT specifically designed to be part of a client's project).

Preston, Thanks for writting up detailed information about my concern it will help out lot of contractors while approching to such job posts.

and i am already concerned about the issue so thought to duplicate to help out others.
