All proposals Active/Submitted cancelled by Upwork

Hi, I recently received an email from upwork that says,

**Edited for Community Guidelines**

 

I already fixed the issue and it looks like it is the client account that is created initially when I created my account on May 2020. 

 

It is very unfortunate that upwork cancelled and withdraw all of my active/submitted proposals which means that my connects in which I spent almost 30% of my earnings are wasted.

 

Upwork is so unfair.

Why? At least you got your account back despite the violation of the terms of service.


I suppose it would have been fairer to leave you suspended?

Because I don't have multiple account on upwork. The other one is the Client Account initially created when I signed up.

 

They're unfair because I spent money on buying connects to submit proposals then they just cancelled all of those. $300 wasted.
