All proposals have vanished

It seems that the bug of the day is to make proposals vanish. I don't have any proposals listed on my profile page itself, nor can I access the proposals/interview page.

 

Anyone else?

My proposals have vanished, I don't see my active interviews and also my JSS score is gone, what is going on?

 Sure. Nice blank page.

Upwork: Breaking a formerly functioning website one page at a time.

But hey, as long as they still have resources to remove our proposals, and functions to exclude international freelancers from much of the work, all is well, isn't it?

My Archived Proposals Page looks the same.

 

The first person to suggest I clear my cache or murder my cookies wins their very own, dedicated voodoo doll...

(almost the) same here. My submitted proposals are still there but not their count. Archived proposals are (for now...) ok.

I apologise if this has been an inconvenience. I will go ahead and check this with the team and I will get back to you once I have more information. 

ETA: Hi everyone, I was unable to replicate the issue both on regular and incognito mode. I will have to ask everyone to please do a "Voldemort" (it-that-must-not-be-named). Please try clearing your cache and cookies if the issue persists on your end. Let us know if it does so that we can look into it further!

I can see the Proposals page and it shows the Submitted proposals, thought when I click on Archived it reads "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again or contact support."

 

Besides the Find work page doesn't show the counter on the right column. It shows the available connects but not the submitted proposals as it used to.

Ohhh... now 15 minutes later what I have posted is working fine.

After:

 

1. shutting down all open browser windows (and all other applications

2. clearing cache

3. running CCleaner just for the h*** of it

 

the issue persists.

 

Then, suddenly the proposals' page returns, then it disappears again.When it disappears, the number of interviews/active candidacies/proposals displayed on the default page (find work), is altered, on my page it merely says "1 active candidacy" instead of the correct "3 active candidacies" and "7 proposals"

 

Currently the proposals' page is back and the numbers displayed correctly, but it has come and gone and come and gone a number of times since I opened this thread.

 NO! Do NOT clean cache and do NOT delete cookies without trying a hard refresh first.

Both your Cache and the Cookies have a job. Deleting them makes your use of your browser more cumbersome.

 

Go to the page in question and do a hard refresh, which is basically the same as clearing the cache for THAT page ONLY.

 

If a hard refresh does NOT resolve the issue, then in 100% of all cases the clearing of the cache and deleting cookies will NOT resolve it either.
