Hi everyone,
Most of the jobs I have are ongoing, some lasting years (a nice problem to have , I know) and what I am finding is that I get very few reviews because the jobs never end.
Quite a few of them only ask me to do work every now and then so I am not getting paid contstantly by them.
Is there no way that a client could write a review after a given amount of time?
I don't want them to start a new contract because the fee starts again at 20%.
Cheers
Ian

If they end this contract with me (I am currently paying 10% fee) then if they start another project with me then that will start at 10%.
Exactly 🙂 As long as they rehire you from the same client account.

No, they don't. They start at the same percentage as the previous contract ended at, because the tiers are per client, not per contract.

Thanks for the help.
