I got the Almost Rising Talent mail a few days ago, and it advises me to take the Upwork readiness test, which I took this last weekend. I would like to know what is the next step, cause I haven't got any mail about what I have to do next. Could someone please help me with this question. Thank you very much!

Hi Sara,

New freelancers are added to the program when they qualify, in order to qualify for this program you will need to: 

• Pass the Upwork Readiness Test (link in email invitation)
• Deliver great results to your clients
• Complete your projects on time and as promised
• Maintain a 100% complete profile that accurately showcases your professional credentials
• Keep your availability status up-to-date
• Regularly submit proposals to projects relevant to your skill set
• Adhere to the Upwork Terms of Service
• Have been active in the past 90 days

Hi, yesterday I also have seen a dialog "You are almost Rising Talent".

But with my careless that tialog was closed and I couldn't read the content as well.

So I tried to find that in my email box or nofication lists in upwork, unfortunately haven't found any where.

Please let me know how can I see that again, or at least what do I have to do to get Risin Talent.

Once you receive that notification pop-up and meet all the requirements listed here, the badge should appear on your profile within 48 hour.

Hello, I have made a new account in up work and its now in a pending position. I want to know if my account gets approved by up work team, what should I do to get rising star talent.?if my account gets approved, will I get an email for rising star talent automatically or I have to do some things for getting that email? please let me know to want to get this in every condition.

The Rising Talent status is assigned automatically when a freelancer meets the requirements listed here. This process is working as designed and we can't specify a reason why a freelancer is or isn't eligible for receiving the Rising Talent badge. Once you qualify, you should receive a notification in your account letting you know. 

As a gentle reminder, please make sure that your account information is verifiable by any government-issued ID. In this case, please make sure that your account name reflects your legal name, and not of your company.

Thank you for your kind response. I did not wrote my original name that is
in my government-issued ID. You suggest me to change my current name with
my government-issued ID ? will this be a problem in the future if I don't
write my original name in my id? further, can you guide me, will this also
make a problem in getting rising star badge?
