Almost no response from Upwork support team

Why Upwork team is solving a ticket so slow. I have raised a ticket 7 days ago and they still did not solve my issue. They suspended my account for stupid reason. But this is not important, I send them all required documents and they simply do not solve anything and even do not reply.
