and in My Stats, it is showing 100% Job Success

Clients who would recommend you - 100%

Long-term clients - 13%

Recent account holds - 0

Top Rated eligible weeks - 16 of 16

So could you please let me know that Am I eligible for Top-Rated Badge?

Please also check your profile completeness. (Right at the bottom of your My Stats page) It has to be 100% - then you'll be eligible.

My profile is 100% complete. I got a Rising Talent Badge before my JSS score.

So what is the next process for Top Rated?

Hi Viral,

I checked and it seems that the 12-month earnings on your 'My Stats' page are not yet $1,000 which is one of the requirements to qualify for the Top-Rated badge. Remember that the 12-month earnings do not include transactions that are “pending” or “in review” and transactions from agency contracts. As you are meeting all the other requirements, kindly allow a few more days for the funds to move from the 'Pending' to 'Available' tab of your Reports page after which, you should be getting your badge.
