Am I suspended on upwork?

On upwork, when I try to visit this page https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211062998-Submit-Proposals it leads me to https://www.upwork.com/ab/find-work/?email=&external_id=&kind=error&message=Cannot%20sign%20in%20sus... if you consider the second URL, it says 'My email is external ID', 'kind=error', 'message=cannot sign in suspended user' I'm confused what does that means actually. Is that means I've been suspened by upwork without any notification? I'm able to sign in but not able to win the jobs.
Also, when I type first URL in a browser where I am not signed in to upwork. It works properly.

Hi Sheikh,

 

I checked this for you and was not able to replicate the issue you're describing. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue?
