Ambiguous client

Hello everyone

I worked for a client who looked for italian speakers....but when I start working she asked me to read also english phrases. I tried and she didn't accept my work (only the english phrases). She asked me to try again and i tried but she didn'accept the mileostone one more time. I repleid to her job ads because she wrote that she looked for italian speakers to read italian phrases. So I explained her that I can read only with italian accent. She didnt't close my contract. Naturally I have an italian profile. What can I do?
Thank you

You are describing a client who is behaving ridiculously.

But also:

You made a mistake by accepting milestones to read in English.

You should have said no, or accepted the assignment ONLY using an hourly contract.

Hi Preston!
I've accepted an italian work. Only after I accepted the client told me to read also English phrases
The contract had already started. But I was sure that the customer could accept an Italian accent because she looked for Italian speakers . It's very strange

I would reply to them and explain in detail, meet the client 1/2 way and just get it closed out. At times, this happens, the client may have been confused (not sure). The goal at this point is to get this closed out with both sides happy, one way or another, you want to avoid a bad review (even though, it sounds 100% unfair)

Thank you very much!
