Few days back I tried to purchase connects and for this I have uploadded my bank details. I recived the confirmation from my bank that the amount has been deducted but I didnt recived the connects. Then I tried to contact upwork community and they ask me for the PSP refrence of that transaction. So today I visited my bank and ask them for the refrece, so the gave me a document which you can find in a attached file, they also circled the PSP refrence of that transaction with red line. Please let me know if you need any other information to solve this matter.
