An agency wants to hire me, but upwork shows a notification I am hired for another job. But for a Long time, I haven't done any job. please solve the problem I want to work with this agency. I give a screen short

Amazing!! Even if we have a pending job, it shouldn't block the invitation!!

I am also waiting for their reply because whenevervI have pending job, I do not get invitations.
