I'm a freelancer on Upwork and I've got a new client a few days ago. He's new to Upwork and he's been trying to hire me for the last couple of days but all in vain.
He has a verified payment method. He also listed his full address. He tried to remove his credit card and then added and verified it again. However, he's still having the same problem. Please see the attached screenshot.
So, what shall he do now?
