An indicator for views of my proposals

Hi all, can you please tell me at what stage of profile development can I get a browse indicator for my offers? (this is the one where I have submitted a job offer and in the Offers tab an eye icon eventually appears indicating that my offer has been viewed) If you have experience you will understand what I am asking about, thanks in advance for your help.

Some toprated have it with beta stage.

I think it will be added for all when test completed. Maybe for money, not free.

I have it. Im topraded + flplus paid.
