Annoying popups in desktop app

Hello, I wonder if anyone else finds it annoying to have a popup everytime you start/stop time tracking? Sometimes I am stopping tracking often and this message always appears on the place of browser's tabs.

I have reported the problem to support about 2 years ago and nothing is changed. Can someone from the upwork team please comment on this issue? It will be good to have ability to disable this message.
