Another profile is using my photo and name without my permission

Someone just sent me an email to let me know that there is a profile in the Marketplace using the photo and name that I have in my website(outside Upwork) to find gigs in the Upwork Marketplace, they recently interviewed this individual and figured out that it must be somebody else since he has a different accent than mine(I'm from Southamerica, the person impersonating me "sounds chinese").

 

How can I have the Upwork team remove name and profile photo of this impersonator's profile?
