Hello, I need your help. My account has been suspended financially. Can you help me to fix it? I already sent the work to the client and he said that I did a great job. The reason it got suspended is because the client complained that I was unresponsive but again as i've said were all good now. I recieve an email from upwork mediation specialist and I responded to them and I also provided the proof of my work but I still didnt get any replies and my account is still suspended. The client also responded to the email stating that everthing is all cleared up. I can snd the screenshots of iur convo as well as the email if you need it. Thank you
Kindly reach out to the team through this support ticket, and update the ticket with more information so that the team can review your account, and lift the temporary limitation to your account.

I tried opening the ticket but I don't see any options where I can make an update. Also the status of the ticket says that its solved but my account is still suspended.
Jo Angelo, to assist you in putting this in proper perspective---there are over 2 Million; yes Million, Freelancers on this platform. Of course not everyone requires assistance at the same time, but most probably numerous individuals are at any given time.
