Any way to "speed up" the profile review process?

I recently created an account here on UpWork- approximately an hour ago. I have successfully passed two tests and added a portfolio already. However, I was wondering what else I could possibly do to reduce the duration of time spent reviewing my profile? I am quite eager to begin working.

You have to be at least eighteen in order to work on this platform.
