How long does the approval take?

 Laura, every day 10,000 people try to join Upwork.

98% are rejected.

If you haven't heard anything yet, that is a good sign, as you haven't been rejected so far.

No, there is no email to chase them up - can you imagine them having to deal with 10,000 mails a day from people trying to find out why they have not or not yet been approved?
