The Apply job button may be disabled due to several reasons like it will be disabled if you have already applied for the job once. The reason should be visible on the top of job posting.

Arlie;

 

First, remove the spelling test results from your profile; that low a score will not help. Have you taken the readiness test?

 

Your profile text is too short and too full of mistakes: get someone with better English skills to help you. It also doesn't really say anything about you: what langauges can you write code in? Are you familiar with any frameworks? Do you specialise in anything? Put something in your portfolio, list your skills, give a potential employer something to work with!

 

Are you a computer technician, a video editor, or graphic designer?

 

And finally, find a better picture: you look like you're half asleep.

Hi, 

   I have a job invitation but as i wrote the proposal i don't see apply button, is it because i'm not yet 100% finish with my account? and also I cannot apply a job but I can make a proposal.

Hi Tyrone,

 

I checked your account and it's not limited. There is nothing that prevents you from applying for jobs. However, the invitation you are referring to has been cancelled because the client closed the job.
