Apply / reply / proposal to job posts?

Dear freelancers,

I am new to Upwork.

Spotted some interesting job postst but I am not able to find a way to apply for the job post. How do I send my proposal to clients?

Have you maybe created a client account rather than a freelancer account?

If so, you need to add a freelancer profile.

Hi Alain,

You`ve opened a client profile that can be used for posting jobs and hiring freelancers. In order to be able to apply on jobs you will need to open a freelancer profile.
To do this you will need to go to Settings > My Info > scroll to the bottom of the page > click on "Create a New Account".
