I subscribed monthly basic Plus $14.99/Month plan. As I applied a number of jobs, some jobs canceled or closed and I received a number of messages"A job that submitted a proposal for "ABC", has closed or has expired. Your proposal has been archived.", but connects not received or not showing in connect balance.

Hi Kuldeep,
A job is canceled either by our team in case it's in violation of Upwork's TOS or by the client if they don't want to proceed with it. A job expires after 30 days of inactivity but clients are still able to review proposals and hire freelancers after the mentioned time frame. Hope this helps clarify the difference between the two.
