I think my portfolio is the same as my agency's portfolio. Why wouldn't it be? It's exactly as it transferred over from Elance, which was all one portfolio. Is it not supposed to be this way? Or am I misunderstanding what you are saying?
I am refering to agencies who have many Graphic designers and they have the same portfolios.
I am going to show you an example.
This Agency which resides in a South American Country that begins with an "A".
They have 8 artists and one farmer tilling the Upwork soil. They use the same portfolio but shuffle around the art pieces so it is not obvious. They also hace a fake U.S location where they say they do graphics. These frauds should be banned but they continue to work the Upwork. Dosent take a brain surgeon to click on websites to find this out.
Here is the example of 2 artists one portfoilio.
Agency freelancers are allowed to show work done by their agency on their own portfolio as long as they were included or a part of that specific project. If there is evidence that that's not the case, actions can be taken against such profiles.
