Are VPN Services (Nord VPN, Virtual Shield) Allowed?

Good Day, Just a quick question, I'm planning to get a VPN service like Nord VPN or Virtual Shield for added security on my computer, but I don't know If i'm going to have a problem with Upwork since they might see my IP is changing from time to time, country to country, and they might assume there is something fraudulent in my account, on the other hand I think it's OK since we're all freelancers and it's common that we travel all the time while working. Feel free to use VPN or a proxy while using your Upwork account, it's not a violation of Upwork ToS and in case our team identifies any inconsistencies we'll reach out to you directly for clarification.
