Are subcontractors subject to non-circumvention?

I need to use a sub-contractor to do some web programming for a client's project. While it appears this is okay as long as the client is aware of this, and I run all billing through Upwork (correct??) by doing this does that make the sub-contractor in any way subject to the non-circumvention rules that apply to myself and the client?

Am I in any way making my sub-contractor part of this 2-year agreement?

For example - say that after my project is done and complete, client needs a bit of web programming done and actually reaches out to my sub-contractor directly for the work. Can they do this?

Thanks!
