Are we ever going to see a stablecoin option to withdraw money ?

It could be dai, usdT(tether). I mean it's 2020, there are a lot of freelance workers who live (like me) in very repressive countries. The handling of conversion could be handled by any of the providers in the market so Upwork doesn't have to do it directly. For me it opens the door to the defi ecosystem with my money directly from Upwork, and also when i need the cash i can go to a local exchange.
