As I am a new seller on Upwork with t-shirt design give me some tips

I am a professional t-shirt designer by Asahdul Islam I am going to work on t-shirt design through upwork for three to four months. So far I have completed two tasks and I am earning $95. What do I need to do now so that my profile can be seen by people and I can get a job very easily. Last month I got 16 profile views from which I got no job. I am sending offers but no one is viewing or replaying the offers Profile rating is good I am making them an offer Some buyers are not responding. What should i do now do i get job through proposal or do something else if i grow my profile i will have chance to get job. I will be very much appreciated if someone can suggest me what I need to do now.

Thank You

Don't stress about the views; they won't help you much. Unresponsive buyers are the norm on Upwork now. Quality buyers are gone. The way Upwork has changed the platform has affected even high-earning freelancers. They just want you to keep spending money on connects and use them for bids. You just need to keep applying to jobs and hope that the client sees your proposal so you can close the deal. Stop relying on views and invitations; it's not going to work.

P.S: I'm not trying to discourage you or anyone, but unfortunately, that's the reality now.

Hi, you can see how well your proposals are performing with your peers.
Go to: https://www.upwork.com/my-stats/ and select: Show me --> Proposals.
Below is a section from my profile:

First, your profile needs work. Don't use names, skill, or greetings in the introduction. That information is on your profile, and you are wasting the first line, the only thing the client sees in a search. Use it to tell the client why you can do the job better than anyone else, and be sure you have the hard skills to back up your claims.

I can tell you have put work into your profile, and are working towards success - good for you.

There are a variety of reasons why clients may not respond to your proposals. Learn about vetting jobs and clients, to see if you can become better at identifying those who will never hire. It's not easy, but we all have to do it.

Thanks, if I change my profile text, will there be any problem ranking my profile?

Profile ranking is a secret algorithm. Don't worry about it, anything you do to make your profile better, while remaining honest, is a benefit.
