Asked to re-verify profile but no video call?

So I just changed my profile picture a while ago and got an email right after to re-verify my profile. I entered the chatbox as instructed and I was put on hold for a while. After a few minutes, the Upwork representative sent this: "Thank you for your cooperation in the process. We will email you within the next 48 hours about your account status."

 

No video call happened like it usually does so I'm a little confused?

 

Also, does this mean every time I change my profile picture, I will be prompted to re-verify? Cat Sad

Based on various indicators freelancers may occasionally be asked to verify the information on their profiles again. Our team will reach out to you with additional information and will share more instructions with you. Thank you.

It's been a day. I still have not heard from your team yet. I am still getting the account re-verification action notification on my homepage. Should I keep waiting or initiate the re-verify video call again?
