Large English/Spanish Translation/MTPE Project

And it is a fixed price project and it is a long one. I was watching a video of how to make milestones.  The video suggested 4 or five and what should they contain.

Where can I find this video?

I was under fixed defaults?

For translations milestones are very easy. Just set up the milestones by 5000 words or whatever. Also do not get tied down on a price until you have seen the material.
