Asking to enter payment method again

Hi, I was just going to withdraw my payment but when click on "get paid" I saw my previous account information was no more there. It is asking to set-up payment method. What should I do? Set up payment metod again? where my previous detail has gone?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked but I could not replicate the issue you experience. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser?
