Attaching samples

Is it right to upload a sample of previously submitted work?  Especially when the client asks for a related sample and that is the only one I got.

Hi Caroline,

Once a client pays for the work they own all the rights for the work you have finished. Its best to discuss this with your previous client if you could show it as a sample to another client your applying to. Thank you!
