Authenticator verification

I have not accessed to the phone on which I used the authenticator app for account security So now when I log in to work on a laptop or pc Its requires 6 digit code that is generated from the google authenticator app. So I lost my phone where I set up this authenticator verification for Upwork and I am unable to access Upwork not having 6 digit code.
Is there any solution to disable extra more security on Upwork?
When I disable these two-step or authenticator verification on the mobile app It again requests to add 6 six-digit code from authenticator app for confirmation
