Hello, There was a refund done from my account to my client **Edited for community guidelines**on february 2 of amount $ 45.2. May I know the reason from this refund?

Your client failed to pay Upwork for your hours, and because your hours didn't qualify for Upwork's hourly payment protection, the funds (which actually weren't there) were reversed.
It's misleading to call it a "refund" because there was nothing to refund because nothing was paid in the first place.
