Upwork auto sent my funds into a non-functioning PayPal email and I was told the money will be returned to my Upwork account. Today is the 21st day and I have no idea of where my money is.
How will I get money transferred back to my Upwork account.
Can you please check the PayPal account you set up as your payment method to check if the funds were received there? If not, please contact PayPal CS in order to check the status of the transaction.
Make sure you keep your payment methods updated to avoid similar difficulties in the future.
