Automatic payment

Hey. Today, an automatic payment was made from my account. I would like to know if I can cancel it. I don’t understand why it happened, because I had the setting "only if the amount is more than $ 1000". So now from the transfer of $ 120, was withdrawn a commission of $ 30 from me and I did not have money left to make bids for jobs on Upwork.

Thanks for reaching out. I would like to confirm that we can't hold funds for more than 180 days. If any funds are on your account after this time frame they will be pushed to be withdrawn on your primary payment method.
