Automatic refund to client

Hi so here is very frustrating condition that earned money fron a Contrqct amd client has no issue too and it was shown in pending earnings and now it shows it has be refunded to client. Why did it happened.this is too gross. Please help out

I'm sorry to hear about this. On hourly contracts when a client fails to pay for the hours logged by the freelancer and those hours don't meet the requirements for Hourly Protection, the payment may be reversed. Our team will also be reaching out to you via email with more information.
