Automatic scheduled Payment not received yet

I receive this email on May 21, 2019, 10:47 PM according to US time

 Now,  there are 5 days to complete I not received any Payment confirmation message from Upwork. I m receiving first time scheduled payment before this I withdraw money by "Get paid" option and money was received in 10 to 12 hours in my bank account and in 24 hours I receive upowrk payment confirmation message but this time after 5 days I no receive money in my Bank account also not received any payment confirmation Email from Upwork. I have no idea of scheduled payment is this process is same as "Get Paid"? If same why I not received money after 5 days? Please someone helps me. I m in worry where is my payment? When I receive payment? I also need money as soon as possible.

5 days is business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Today is a holiday in the US,  so tomorrow is the 4rth business day. If the funds are not received after 8 business days (next Monday) Upwork can initiate a trace (no earlier than that) but normally the money appears either in your bank account or back in your Upwork account before then
