Availability of a job

Hello, I didn't find the info anywhere. I have submitted to a job for more than 15 days. I see that there is no activity on it, even there where no-one interviewed. Usually how long a job remains actively if it has no activity on it?for example: https://www.upwork.com/jobs/~01fe0f5cb83f02a85e
Or there are jobs posted more then 20 days, where there are interviews, it says how much persons they hire, but there isn't info about if someone is hired and the job is still available? For how long it will be available before Upwork will close it?
Thank you.
Regards,
Alexandra

If there is no activity on a job, upwork closes it after 30 days.

It is not rare that clients post jobs and never hire anybody. You will see that reflected in their hiring rate. You might use this as one of your selection criteria of which jobs to apply to.

And if the job is closed due to inactivity, and no one was hired, the connects are refunded or not?

They are not refunded. Only if Upwork or the client actually cancel the job post.
