I don't see the changes in your availability settings recently. I see however, that your profile visibility has been changed not long ago. Could you please submit a ticket if your availability changes automatically again?
A moment ago I noticed that my availability was set to NOT AVAILABLE and my profile to PRIVATE.
And I always keep my profile at available and seen to upwork logged members.
Usually if you decline any contract with a cause of tight schedule (too busy with other clients), it automatically prompt you to change your availability.
Since your availability being changed automatically with out notifying, you should open a ticket about your problem & let upwork check & fix the error.
